These terms describe the use of the MyCombine iPhone app and its related online services. MyCombine is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a different license agreement is presented for MyCombine in the App Store. These terms add product-specific information; they do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

1. Using MyCombine

MyCombine helps you organize clothing, plan outfits and trips, review shopping items, and use optional AI features. You are responsible for the photos, links, and other information you provide. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not use the app to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, misuse automated requests, interfere with the service, or access another person's account or data without permission.

2. Your Content and AI Results

You retain your rights in the photos and content you provide. You allow MyCombine and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the service, and handle related support, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated clothing images, size suggestions, outfit ideas, and virtual try-on results are estimates. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a guarantee of fit, appearance, product availability, or purchase suitability. Review results before relying on them.

If you choose to share a wardrobe invitation or publish a community post, the selected information and clothing thumbnails become visible to the recipient or other signed-in users as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not publish another person's image or private information without permission. You can revoke an invitation, remove a friend, or remove your post from public view in the app. We may hide content or restrict access when necessary to address reports, abuse, safety, or legal requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

Some features require a Pro subscription or separately purchased credits. The available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, allowances, and renewal terms are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you pay. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests under its applicable policies.

AI credits and feature allowances are subject to the details shown for the specific plan or package when purchased. A subscription does not automatically include a separately sold credit package.

4. Accounts, Availability, and Changes

Some features may require signing in. Keep access to your account and device secure. You may stop using MyCombine at any time. Local data, the separate iCloud backup, and your MyCombine sign-in account have separate controls in Settings; deleting one does not necessarily delete the others. See the Privacy Policy for current server-data deletion limitations and contact us to request erasure of server-side records. Deleting a MyCombine account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it separately in your Apple account settings.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We will not intentionally remove paid access already owed to you without an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

We may update these terms. The date above will change when a new version is published. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

5. Privacy and Contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. For support or questions about these terms, contact mycombineapp@gmail.com.
